 Dave Ulrich |
Dave Ulrich is as a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources. He has helped generate award winning data bases that assess alignment between strategies, human resource practices and HR competencies.

Joel Barker |
Joel Barker devoted his life to studying change and
the effect, paradigms have on our lives. Through
programs, books and his international consulting
practice Barker has generated insights and
examples that have helped organizations take
a fresh look at how they view change.
In 1993, Mr. Barker received the Pi Lambda Theta
Biennial Excellence in education award for
improvement of education throughout the world.

Kenneth
Blachard, Ph.D. |
Kenneth Blanchard, a popular speaker for national
conventions, seminars, and business meetings,
is a well known writer, consultant and teacher.
His text "Management of Organisational
Behaviour: Utilising Human Resources", now in
its fourth edition, co-authored with Paul Hersey,
is considered standard reading on the subject
of management. He has also co-authored
"The One Minute Manager" series, which
is also standard reading for organisations.
Dr. Blanchard with his wife, Margie, is the founder
of a management consulting firm, Blanchard
Training and Development, Inc., in San Diego.
He also holds the position of professor
of leadership and organisational behavior at
the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Blanchard earned his B.A. in government
and philosophy from Cornell University, his M.A.
in sociology and counseling from Colgate
University and his Ph.D. in Administration
and Management from Cornell. |

Richard
Bach |
Writer Richard Bach was born in Oak Park, Illinois as the grand son of JS Bach the great composer in 1936. He attended Long Beach State College (now California State University, Long Beach) in 1955.
As an Airplane pilot everything concerning airplane
was his field, including motion picture stunt pilot,
Air Force tactical fighter pilot, an aviation technical
writer and flight instructor. Though Aviation was his
true passion, he always wanted to write. Since
1959 he had the idea of a bird learning to pass
beyond the walls of limitations, Jonathan Livingston
Seagull, which came through a "Cinerama on my
wall". His novels Jonathan Livingston Seagull, The
gift of Wings, Nothing by Chance, Biplane, The
Bridge across Illusions have inspired many
people across the world. |
